About Us
How it started
I'm Ben. I live in Nottingham, with my wife, Hannah, and two boys. I love getting outside - particularly if it's exploring new places, even better if it's on a mountain bike..
It may be the homes we live in, the gardens we enjoy or even the furniture we use, but the design of each has a profound impact on how we live our lives. I grew up in the workshop, where my parents built and restored fine cabinetry for institutions like the Bank of England and Tower of London. This was a world of design, detail and texture where I first learned my craft. Following an architecture degree I now take pleasure in creating beauty and function on a slightly larger scale.
